British Military Vehicles' proprietor R. B. Grundy (Bob), started in business in 1967.

BMV evolved from the Tracked Armour Group (TAG) formed in 1983 to operate a M4A1 GRIZZLY (Sherman Tank).

During the 1980's TAG assisted the Tank Museum (www.tankmuseum.org) of Bovington Camp, Dorset in various projects, namely the German PzKw III and Black Prince were restored to running condition at the museum.

Major restorations at this location were A11 Infantry Tank MK1 (Matilda 1) during 1988-93
and Churchill AVRE 1988-99.

Vehicles can be supplied in original form 'as is' or restored to customer requirements.
Every endeavour will be made to obtain spares for vehicles both wheeled and tracked.
In addition, vehicles are hired to film and TV companies and for film and promotional work
